Brief Introduction

Grassroots Relief and Development Agency [GREDA] is a registered charitable non-profit making, non-political, non-racial and non-sectarian organization founded in 2010 in Western Equatoria State and officially registered on Septembers 29th, 2011 by the Ministry of Social Development Western Equatoria State under registration No. 0075.

Humanitarian Support
Provide urgent relief assistance to millions of Internal Displaced Persons (IDPs) in South Sudan in dire need of humanitarian relief assistance.
Housing Development
Construction of low cost houses for the vulnerable widows/orphans and single mothers and also shelter materials.
Peace - Building Training
Training on conflict mediation and dialogue, through providing peace building training to youths and facilitating communal peace dialogue.
Access to WASH Services
We aim to provide basic sanitation, hygiene promotion and access to clean drinking water to vulnerable communities.

Our Beneficiaries

OurĀ  humanitarian and developmental projects supportsĀ  Lactating mothers, pregnant women, widows, old aged persons, persons with disabilities, children and young people, women and girls and communities to save lives and to become strong.

GREDA facilitates workshops for Youth Female Leaders where they learn the culture of peace, human rights, good governance and peaceful dialogue skills.
